Citizen Disrupts Public Order at Masis Medical Center, Harassing Staff with Threats and Insults
ArmLur.am has learned that on January 23, 2021, around 7 PM, Khachatour Grigoryan, a resident of the Arevabuyr community in Ararat province, called the ambulance station of Masis Medical Center, complaining of leg pain. The responding paramedics transported Grigoryan to the emergency room of the Masis Medical Center to provide medical assistance. However, he displayed aggressive behavior, leading the medical staff to administer 'Sibazone' medication.
Despite this, Grigoryan remained agitated and demanded additional stronger painkillers, specifically asking for two 'Tramadol,' one 'Ketonal,' and one 'Dimedrol.' When informed by the medical personnel that he had already received appropriate injections and would soon feel better, he began shouting sexual insults at the reception staff, disrupting the normal operations of the hospital.
In the public space of the hospital's reception, Khachatour Grigoryan, deliberately ignoring the surrounding individuals and violating established norms of coexistence recognized by society, exhibited contempt for them. He intentionally engaged in his inappropriate behavior for an extended period, failing to comply with the legal demands of police officers who arrived at the hospital in response to alerts to cease his misconduct. Driven by a perceived sense of superiority, he grossly violated public order, causing distress and fear among the medical staff with his openly disrespectful behavior, including prolonged loud shouting and sexual insults.
