Khachatur Sukiasyan Responds to Gunfire in Downtown Yerevan

Khachatur Sukiasyan has commented on the gunfire that erupted in downtown Yerevan last night. He made a post on his Facebook page stating:

“The unpleasant and unacceptable incident that took place in the center of Yerevan yesterday is intolerable for me. Such a conduct in conflict resolution is condemnable. What actually happened will be more accurately clarified by representatives of the law enforcement system of the Republic of Armenia after conducting an objective and comprehensive investigation. I declare that regardless of who the person is, everyone is equal before the law in the Republic of Armenia, regardless of social and political status.”
