VIDEO: Activists Organize 'Disco' in Kyiv to Celebrate Arsen Avakov's Resignation

A rally was held on Thursday evening near the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in connection with the resignation of Interior Minister Arsen Avakov. According to nv.ua, activists decided to organize a disco and brought necessary equipment near the ministry building.

The event was titled 'Avakov's Dismissal'. People were asked to gather near the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where police forces were also deployed.

It is noteworthy that Arsen Avakov, who has been serving as Interior Minister since 2014, submitted his resignation a few days ago. The Verkhovna Rada accepted his resignation the day before yesterday.
