The Decision on the Bail Conditions for the Mayor of Sisian Will Be Announced Tomorrow
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction will announce its decision regarding the bail conditions for Sisian Mayor Artur Sargsyan tomorrow at 18:00. According to News.am, Sargsyan is charged under Article 308, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code (abuse of official powers) and Article 314, Part 1 (the act of introducing false information or records into official documents for personal gain or other motives, as well as forging documents or delivering them).
