Did Vahe Grigoryan Write the Text for Constitutional Court President Arman Dilanyan? - 'Hraparak'

According to 'Hraparak' newspaper, during his closing remarks yesterday, David Harutyunyan told the Constitutional Court that with this decision, they assume 'full historical responsibility for the adoption of the most significant documents that will determine the future hundred years of Armenia.' He described how critical these decisions would be, essentially putting the Constitutional Court in a deadlock and emphasizing the importance of its upcoming ruling to the public.

After Harutyunyan's speech, Constitutional Court President Arman Dilanyan, who had remained mostly silent during the six-day meetings and did not respond to other opposition representatives' speeches, immediately reacted. However, attendees noted that Dilanyan seemed unable to look away from the text in front of him, reading off a paper while responding to Harutyunyan.

The text articulated by Dilanyan contained general assessments, stating that 'I humanly understand your strategy, but I do not accept it, as you are discrediting the Constitutional Court and its future judgment.' From the vocabulary and style of this text, as well as from the language slip-ups, it was evident that Dilanyan did not write it himself, but rather it was written by Vahe Grigoryan, who was sitting next to him. This was particularly apparent when Grigoryan's hand was caught on camera midway through the speech, revealing some notes that Dilanyan read aloud.
