Specifically, the defense agency of that country has circulated a statement claiming that on July 15, units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire from combat positions in the Gegharkunik region towards Azerbaijani positions. This information does not correspond to reality; the Armenian Armed Forces have not violated the ceasefire regime. Armenian units carry out only counteractions against the enemy when necessary.
