Names of Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs Revealed: 'Hraparak'

Recently, Nikol Pashinyan visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss the positions of the Foreign Minister and Deputy Ministers with the heads of departments. According to our sources, it has been decided that at least 2 deputy minister positions will be held by diplomats who are not particularly well-known or influential.

'Hraparak' has been informed that the choice is between two Tigrans: Tigran Seyranyan and Tigran Mkrtchyan. Tigran Seyranyan, who is the nephew of Spartak Seyranyan from the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, was our ambassador in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and he is currently the ambassador of Armenia in Ukraine. Meanwhile, Tigran Mkrtchyan was the ambassador of Armenia in the Baltic countries but was recalled by decree on March 15 and is currently in the personnel reserve.
