President Receives Police Chief, Director of National Security Service and Head of Special Security Service
President Armen Sargsyan today received Police Chief, Major General Vahe Ghazaryan, Director of the National Security Service, Major General Armen Abazyan, and Head of the State Protection Service of the National Security Service, Major General Sarkis Hovhannisyan. Issues related to the maintenance of public order and national security in the Republic were addressed.
President Sargsyan stated that the snap parliamentary elections held on June 20 were an important phase in the life of our country. At the same time, noting that many issues remain, the president emphasized that law enforcement agencies should operate with maximum responsibility and professionalism, strictly within the framework of their authority.
