Some missing persons who returned to Armenia saw captives in Baku, says representative at ECHR
Yegishe Kirakosyan, the Armenian representative at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), spoke on Public Radio about the memorandum signed between the Armenian government and the "Center for International Law and Policy" foundation, as well as the international legal processes initiated by Armenia at the ECHR following the 44-day war.
Addressing the theme of Armenian prisoners of war, Kirakosyan noted that there are currently 45 confirmed captives, but the number is significantly higher. Moreover, some of the missing persons who returned to Armenia reported having seen captives in Baku.
