Return of Prisoners is Considered a Top Priority: Mher Grigoryan

Armenia is committed to the peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict exclusively within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group. This was stated today during a meeting with journalists by acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.

“As a top priority, we consider the immediate return of prisoners of war and civilians held in Azerbaijan without preconditions, based on the force of international humanitarian law, which is also enshrined in the trilateral statement of November 9,” he added.
