Court Hearing on Invalidating Parliamentary Elections Results to Continue on July 10
The hearing on the combined cases aimed at invalidating the results of the extraordinary parliamentary elections held on June 20 at the Constitutional Court will continue on July 10 at 10:00 AM.
Aram Vardevanyan, a representative of the "Hayastan" alliance, will continue to present their application tomorrow. Judge Vahe Grigoryan informed Vardevanyan that the deadline for making a decision on the case expires in eight days, and requested that the case be presented as briefly as possible.
It should be noted that the cases filed by the "Hayastan" alliance, the "Zartonk" National Christian Party, the "Hayots Hayrenik" Party, and the "Pativ Unem" Party have been consolidated for the same session at the Constitutional Court. The court had announced that the consolidation was based on the fact that the disputes regarding the Central Electoral Commission's decision No. 184-A concerning the results of the June 20, 2021, extraordinary elections relate to the same issue.
The hearings for this case began on July 9 at 11:00 AM.
