The NSS Transfers Kapan Mayor Manvel Paramazyan to Yerevan
Legal expert Robert Hayrapetyan informs that for unclear reasons, the National Security Service (NSS) is unlawfully transferring Kapan community mayor Manvel Paramazyan to Yerevan.
Previously, it was reported that a search was being conducted at the residence of Kapan mayor Manvel Paramazyan.
