Reveals by the State Revenue Committee: A Series of Violations

The State Revenue Committee, as part of its tax compliance improvement program, has uncovered cases of unregistered employees and violations of cash register usage rules during the second quarter of 2021. This was reported by the information and public relations department of the RA State Revenue Committee.

“An analysis of the disciplinary behavior of taxpayers engaged in specific sectors of economic activity has been conducted by the Risks Council. As a result, in the public catering sector, 110 taxpayers were found to have 24 cases of unregistered employees and 91 violations of cash register usage rules during the second quarter of 2021. Additionally, among 64 taxpayers who reported sales turnover exceeding 400.0 million drams based on the results of 2019, there were 14 cases of unregistered employees and 57 violations of cash register usage rules,” the statement said.

It is noted that the effective and operational implementation of the tax and customs compliance improvement strategy and the relevant measures is managed by the Risks Council.
