Araik Harutyunyan Signs Decree

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, has signed a decree to establish a Digitalization Council aimed at promoting the digitalization of the state management and local self-government systems and the development of digital skills in the Republic of Artsakh. The President's decree also confirms the regulations and individual composition of the Digitalization Council, which will be chaired by Artsakh's State Minister Artak Beglaryan.
