Collision Between Opel and BMW X5 on Yerevan-Sevan Highway

Today, on July 7, a traffic accident occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 11:30 AM, vehicles operated by residents of Yerevan collided on the 46 km section of the Yerevan-Sevan highway. The vehicles involved were an Opel driven by 24-year-old Tatul Sukiasyan and a BMW X5 driven by 36-year-old Edgar Dilbandyan.

According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, the driver of the Opel, T. Sukiasyan, was taken to the 'Hrazdan' medical center with bodily injuries. The emergency situation rescue service's Hrazdan unit No. 44 responded promptly with one firefighting unit. Rescuers disconnected the vehicles from the power supply, closed the gas cylinder of the Opel, and secured the area before proceeding with the cleaning of the road.
