High Fire Danger Remains in 3 Regions, Rain Expected in Some Areas from July 7-9

From July 5-10, a high fire danger situation is expected in the Ararat plain and its foothills, the foothills of Vayots Dzor, the lowland area of Syunik, and Yerevan.

On July 5-6 and the 10th, dry weather is forecasted across the country. However, from July 7-9, isolated areas may experience rain and thunderstorms in the afternoons, with the possibility of hail in certain locations.

The wind will be south-western at 5-10 m/s, and during thunderstorms, wind gusts may reach 15-20 m/s. The air temperature is expected to decrease by 3-5 degrees during the day on July 5.

In Yerevan, from July 5-6 and the 10th, dry weather is also anticipated. In the evenings of July 7-9, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in certain parts of the city, with wind gusts of 15-20 m/s during thunderstorms.
