80-Year-Old Man Dies Suddenly on Baghramyan Metro Crossing Stairs

An 80-year-old man has died suddenly on the stairs of the Baghramyan Metro crossing today, July 5. This information was confirmed in a conversation with NEWS.am by the Police Department of Public Relations and Information.

According to the police, the man was a resident of a nearby building. The Investigative Committee is handling the case.

The spokesperson for Yerevan Metro, Tatev Khachatryan, added that the incident occurred around 9:30 AM. After the man felt unwell, the metro dispatcher called for an ambulance.
