Video: Explosion at Oil Refinery in Romania

An explosion has occurred at an oil refinery in Romania. The cause is still unknown. A fire has broken out as a result of the explosion, with black smoke visible from several kilometers away. The country's Minister of Internal Affairs and the head of the Emergency Situations Department have arrived at the scene. There are no reports of possible casualties or injuries yet.
