TikTok Introduces New Feature for Users

TikTok is increasing the maximum duration for uploaded videos from 1 to 3 minutes. The platform will allow users to create videos that are longer, up to three minutes in length.

“In the coming weeks, we will give everyone the option to create longer videos on TikTok, which will allow our global community to record, upload, and edit videos of up to three minutes directly on TikTok,” the company stated in an announcement.

The success of TikTok, owned by the Chinese company ByteDance, has driven many social networks to add short video services on their platforms.
