Vitaly Balasanyan Holds Discussion

On July 1, Vitaly Balasanyan, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, held a working meeting during which representatives of responsible bodies discussed issues related to water and electricity supply in the Republic's settlements.

It has been instructed to explore opportunities for improving the existing situation in these sectors and to take appropriate measures within a short time frame.
