Vaccination Restrictions Lifted for Sputnik V in Armenia
As of July 1, vaccinations with the Sputnik V vaccine can be conducted in the Republic of Armenia for both at-risk groups and individuals aged 18 and older, based on demand and voluntary principles.
Previously, vaccinations with the Sputnik V vaccine were only intended for chronic patients 18 years and older, healthcare workers aged 18-54, and residents and staff of social care centers.
Thus, all three vaccines available against COVID-19 in Armenia – AstraZeneca, Gam-COVID-Vac (Sputnik V), and CoronaVac – can now be administered to individuals aged 18 and above, based on demand and voluntary principles.
