Unbearable Heat and Fire Hazard Situation: How Much Will the Air Temperature Rise in the Coming Days?
Attention: On July 5, a high fire hazard situation is expected in the Ararat Valley and its foothills, the foothills of Vayots Dzor, the mountainous regions of Syunik, and Yerevan.
Across the republic, from July 1-5, isolated regions are anticipated to experience brief rain and thunderstorms in the afternoon, with a possibility of hail in certain areas. The wind will be from the southwest at 5-10 m/s, which may intensify to 15-20 m/s during thunderstorms.
The air temperature is expected to decrease by 1-2 degrees during the day on June 30, while from July 1-4 it will gradually increase by 3-4 degrees.
In Yerevan, isolated regions are expected to experience brief rain and thunderstorms in the evening hours from July 1-3, accompanied by wind intensification of 15-20 m/s during thunderstorms. For July 4-5, dry weather is forecasted.
