The newly appointed head of the Prime Minister's staff, Arayik Harutyunyan, wrote on his Facebook page:

“By the Prime Minister's decision, I have been appointed as the head of the Prime Minister's staff today, replacing Arsen Torosyan. Thank you to the Prime Minister for trusting me with an important position once again, and I thank Arsen Torosyan for being one of the best statesmen of our times. I serve the Republic of Armenia.”
