New Revelations: The Leadership of the Judicial Department Under Investigation
The newspaper "Zhoghavorud" reports that a criminal case has recently been initiated by the special investigative department of the Armenian Investigation Committee regarding the actions of the leadership of the Judicial Department.
Notably, the head of the Judicial Department, Karen Poladyan, is included in this criminal case. It is known that wiretapping devices were installed in the offices of ten judges, and according to information, Karen Poladyan was even aware of this process. The judges involved are Robert Papoyan, Nelli Baghdasaryan, Anna Danibekyan, Sergei Avetisyan, Tigran Poladyan, Gevorg Narimanyan, Vasken Rshtuni, Mkhitar Papoyan, David Grigoryan, and Manuk Margaryan.
The installation of wiretapping devices in the offices of these judges is not accidental, as many of them have handled high-profile cases. Consequently, internal observations have been made in the judges' offices, their phone conversations have been monitored, correspondence has been reviewed, and revelations have occurred. Now, a criminal case has been opened concerning the actions of the leadership of the Judicial Department, and more new revelations are on the way.
