It Would Be Moral to First Apply the Steel Mandate to One's Own Team, Says Sophia Hovsepyan

The authorities are not exempt from responsibility for those who fail, said MP Sophia Hovsepyan, citing the example of the Secretary of the Security Council. "The Secretary of the Security Council, who is among those responsible for the failures of the 44-day war and its aftermath, is speaking about purges. This signifies that the steel mandate is not intended for one's own team, but is to be used against those who speak the truth. It is possible that it could also be applied in my case, but let them not dare to do so," stated the MP, emphasizing that both the Parliament and the government have been completely undermined.

Hovsepyan noted that it would be moral to first apply the steel mandate to one's own team. At the same time, she remarked that there can be no talk of a steel mandate, as it relates to vengeance, personal ambitions, placing statehood in a hundredth place, and advancing only one's own ambitions.
