The head of the government staff, Arsen Torosyan, who also occupied the 10th position on the 'Civil Contract' electoral list, will not continue his work in the executive branch. Instead, he will take a mandate and move to the parliament. This was reported to 24News by a source from the ruling party's media.

It remains unknown whether Torosyan will receive an official position in the parliament or if he will be an 'ordinary deputy.' When asked about the possibility of him becoming the faction leader, the interlocutor noted that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has 'other favorites' for that position.

It is worth mentioning that recently, tensions have arisen between the acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the head of his staff, Arsen Torosyan. The reason is that Torosyan has been intervening too much in government decisions, which has not pleased Pashinyan, leading to a situation where 'Pashinyan does not communicate with Torosyan.'
