Arsen Torosyan Dismissed from Position of Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister
By the decision of acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Arsen Torosyan has been dismissed from the position of Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister today. In a separate decision, he will be replaced by the Prime Minister's chief advisor, Arayik Harutyunyan.
Below are Pashinyan's two decisions:
“Guided by part 13 of Article 9 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan is dismissed from the position of Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister.”
“Guided by part 13 of Article 9 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Arayik Harutyunyan is appointed as Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister.”
