‘Some Judges Even Manage to Squander State Funds,’ Daniel Ioannisyan
Daniel Ioannisyan, the coordinator of the ICM programs and a member of the Public Council, wrote on his Facebook page: “The Anti-Corruption Committee has conducted serious work in the judicial department and uncovered several crimes. It turns out that two judges have also participated in the squandering of state funds.
If previously we considered that many judges in Armenia are corrupt and carry out ‘justice’ by political orders, now we have learned that some judges even manage to squander state funds. The judicial system must be rectified through vetting. Armenia must rid itself of all those judges who have made decisions based on orders or bribes instead of justice, and, of course, those who have squandered state funds.”
