Data Published: What is Turkey's External Debt?

The Turkish Ministry of Treasury and Finance has published data regarding the country's gross external and net external debts.

As of June 30, 2021, Turkey's gross external debt has been calculated at $448.4 billion, while the net external debt stands at $262.1 billion.

According to the ministry's data, the ratio of Turkey's gross external debt to national income is 61.5%, while the ratio of net external debt to national income is 36%.
