New Decision: Mher Grigoryan as Foreign Minister

According to the newspaper "Zhoghavorud," there are ongoing searches within the government for a candidate for the Minister of Foreign Affairs. As is known, since May 27, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been without a minister or deputy ministers.

Currently, government searches have focused on Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan. The reason is that he is accepted within Russian circles and has certain experience, making him the most likely candidate.

The newspaper attempted to personally inquire with Mher Grigoryan whether he has received an offer for such a position. He stated that he has no information regarding his appointment. When asked if he would accept such an offer if it were presented, the Deputy Prime Minister responded, "I am not commenting on issues related to the formation of the government at this moment." In other words, he neither confirmed nor denied our information.
