A Motion Submitted in Azerbaijan to Initiate Criminal Proceedings Against Davit Tonoyan and Onik Gasparyan
Interethnic conflict expert Nairi Hokhikyan wrote on his Facebook page, "During the trial of Armenian captives in Azerbaijan, lawyers have submitted a motion to initiate a criminal case against former Armenian defense minister Davit Tonoyan and former Chief of Staff Onik Gasparyan.
The Azerbaijani court rejected the motion, stating that the complicity of Davit Tonoyan and Onik Gasparyan has not been proven."
