The 'I Have Honor' Alliance to Appeal to the Constitutional Court Demanding Nullification of Early Election Results
The 'I Have Honor' alliance is preparing to file an appeal to the Constitutional Court, demanding the nullification of the results of the early parliamentary elections. This was announced by Sos Hakobyan, the spokesperson for the 'Homeland' Party.
According to him, all recorded violations related to conducting free and fair elections, as well as obstacles to them, will be presented, including the use of administrative resources, mobile groups, hate speech, and the unequal distribution of broadcasting time by Public TV.
It is worth noting that three political forces—the 'Awakening' National Christian Party, the 'Armenia' alliance, and the 'I Have Honor' alliance—had submitted requests to the Central Electoral Commission to nullify the results of the early parliamentary elections, which were rejected.
According to the law, an appeal can be made to the Constitutional Court within 5 days after the summary of the elections, and he stated that they will appeal before the deadline and inform the public about it.
