The Armenia Bloc to Appeal to the Constitutional Court by July 2 to Nullify Voting Results
The Armenia Bloc will appeal to the Constitutional Court by July 2 to nullify the voting results, stated Robert Hairapetyan, a member of the Armenia Bloc and a lawyer, on their Facebook page.
“Taking into account a number of factual circumstances regarding passports, soldiers, and mobile groups, we are dealing with around 200,000 votes, a figure that significantly influences the outcome of the elections. The application, currently in its preparatory phase, will also present several electoral irregularities indicated in the CEC's application, which, unfortunately, were not comprehensively, completely, and objectively investigated by the CEC,” he noted.
