Short-Term Rain Expected in Yerevan and Regions During Evening Hours
From June 28 to July 3, a high-level fire hazard situation is anticipated in the Ararat Valley and its foothills, the foothills of Vayots Dzor, and the valley area of Syunik, as well as in Yerevan. In certain parts of the capital, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected today, June 29, and on the 30th, as well as in the evenings from July 1 to 3.
During thunderstorms, wind gusts of 15-20 m/s are anticipated. In the regions today, on June 29 and 30, as well as from July 1 to 3, brief rain and thunderstorms are also expected in some areas after noon. The wind will be south-western at 5-10 m/s, with wind gusts during thunderstorms expected to reach 15-20 m/s.
The air temperature is expected to gradually decrease by 3-4 degrees during the daytime from June 28 to 30.
