Relatives of Missing Soldiers Meet with Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan
Relatives of missing soldiers demanded the establishment of a commission during a meeting with Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today. This was reported by the father of a missing soldier after the meeting, noting that Nikol Pashinyan agreed to the request.
The commission will address issues related to prisoners and missing soldiers. “My son was taken captive on December 17, he was seen injured on December 20, and now they tell me that the DNA matches, I have to bury my child! Who is dealing with this issue, let them be punished, I do not back down, I am a person who strikes from the head,” said the soldier's father, adding, “If our brothers remain in Baku, whoever is to blame for this, without hesitation, I will eliminate them from this country, I will take a life, such a thing cannot happen, I will fight for our children to come back.”
He assured that the number of prisoners is greater than that of the missing. “People clearly see in the videos that their father has been arrested, but they are told he has died, he is gone. My son was operated on December 17, and suddenly on December 20 he was found as a ‘mummified body’ after 60 days. How is this possible? We submitted a second DNA sample, and there is still no response; I do not even believe their answer, they deliberately prolonged it for months, aging the bones so that the DNA code could not be separated,” said the soldier's father.
