President Meets with Gagik Tsarukyan

The President of the Republic, Armen Sarkissian, held a meeting today with Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party.

President Sarkissian emphasized the role of the Prosperous Armenia Party in the political life of our country, considering the party's constructive stance on conducting snap parliamentary elections as commendable. He expressed hope that the absence of representation in the new parliament would not affect the political activity and engagement of the party.

The President noted the importance of utilizing the political experience of the Prosperous Armenia Party for the benefit of the Republic of Armenia and expressed confidence that as an extra-parliamentary force, Prosperous Armenia would continue to have an active involvement in political processes.

The meeting included an exchange of thoughts on the domestic political situation.
