We Must Act with Composure: What Instructions Has Pashinyan Given to Law Enforcement?

“We must act with composure.” This is the instruction given to law enforcement agencies by acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan following the acquisition of a "steel mandate."

As is known, during the victory rally, the acting Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan stated from the podium: “Now from this platform, I demand all employers who have allowed violations or taken actions they already regret to start restoring people’s rights beginning tomorrow at 9 AM.”

And, as the newspaper “Zhoghovurd” has learned, representatives of law enforcement agencies have been instructed to act calmly, regardless of whom the steel revolution will be directed against.

However, it should be noted that no instructions have yet been given to the prosecutor’s office and investigative bodies, as they are said to be the investigative authorities that should handle these matters. We have learned that the main instructions have been given to the police, the prosecution, and the National Security Service.

As of yesterday, no specific activity has been observed in this regard, but processes are expected to begin soon,” the newspaper reports.
