Video: Illegal Structures Built Mainly at Night Dismantled in Recent Days

Last night, several illegal structures were dismantled in Yerevan by the order of the Mayor. This was reported by the Mayor's spokesperson, Hakob Karapetyan.

"In the administrative district of Ajapnyak, illegal kiosks built mainly at night over the past few days have been dismantled on Halabyan, Margaryan, and Hasratyan streets with the effective support of the police forces of the Republic of Armenia. Unauthorized kiosks were also demolished in the Shengavit administrative district. In some locations, owners of unauthorized constructions have promised to dismantle the illegal structures at their own expense within a very tight timeframe.

The process of dismantling structures built illegally, disregarding public interest, will continue. The Yerevan city hall reiterates its call to respect the law and refrain from actions that infringe upon the public's interest," he said.
