The issue of Artsakh is not resolved. These elections did not legitimize the handover of part of Artsakh. This was stated by the leader of the 'Honorary' alliance, Arthur Vanetsyan, during a press conference.

According to him, the Artsakh issue remains open and everything must be done to ensure that its resolution becomes a cornerstone of our foreign policy. Furthermore, a clear agenda for the realization of the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh must be brought forth, along with guarantees for the safe living of our compatriots currently residing in Artsakh.

"People in the Republic of Artsakh should have guarantees that they will live in safe conditions, that there will never again be the use of force or threats from Azerbaijan. The resolution of the Artsakh issue must be addressed exclusively within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group," Vanetsyan noted, adding that this issue must continue to be addressed in that format and that any other logic is unacceptable.

Vanetsyan also recalled Prime Minister Pashinyan's speech, in which he hinted that the logic of resolving the Artsakh conflict should change, which Vanetsyan deemed unacceptable.
