The Votes for Civil Contract Decreased by 197,000: Where the Party Lost
The newspaper "Zhoghvourd" reports: The "Civil Contract" party received the highest percentage of votes in Tavush Region at 67.90%, while in Yerevan, it garnered the lowest at 42.31%. Furthermore, in the administrative districts of Kentron and Arabkir, the "Civil Contract" party lost to the "Armenia" bloc.
In Arabkir, the Civil Contract received 15,178 votes, while the "Armenia" bloc received 17,185 votes. In the Kentron administrative district, the Civil Contract got 16,057 votes, compared to the 17,297 votes for the "Armenia" bloc.
Forty-two percent of Yerevan voters cast their ballot for Nikol Pashinyan, and there were polling stations where the Civil Contract lost by a significant margin. Such polling stations exist not only in Kentron and Arabkir; for instance, in the Avan 1/20 polling station, the Civil Contract received 317 votes, while the "Armenia" bloc received 513 votes. In the Nor Nork 2/2 polling station, the "Armenia" bloc obtained 333 votes, while the Civil Contract received 287 votes.
Additionally, it is noteworthy that over the span of three years, the votes for the Civil Contract have decreased by 197,000.
