France Reaffirms Support for Armenia's Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity: Foreign Ministry
France welcomes the parliamentary elections held in Armenia on Sunday, June 20. According to a statement from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it acknowledges the preliminary conclusions of the OSCE/ODIHR observation mission regarding the satisfactory level of voting.
According to the data from Armenia's Central Electoral Commission, the ruling Civil Contract party, led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, is significantly ahead in the elections.
France is hopeful that these elections will enable Armenia to face the numerous challenges ahead. It reaffirms its determination to support Armenia in this regard, as well as its unwavering support for Armenia's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the strengthening of democratic institutions.
