At the conclusion of a rally held today at Republic Square, the Prime Minister candidate Nikol Pashinyan was presented with a symbolic 'steel mandate.' The symbolic mandate was handed to Pashinyan by one of the rally participants.

Amid chants of 'Nikol, Nikol,' Pashinyan accepted the gift resembling the Constitution and stated, 'Yes, we have already talked about the fact that this mandate confirms that a dictatorship of law and rights, based on the will of the people, is being established in the Republic of Armenia, and we will fully implement this mandate. Yes! This mandate includes a hammer, this mandate includes a dagger, this mandate includes a shovel, this mandate has everything necessary to build a free, happy, and powerful Armenia. And we thank you for granting us this mandate, and believe me, we will serve it wholeheartedly to you—the citizen of the Republic of Armenia and the people, to the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh.'
