Special Device Recognized Only One Finger of Serzh Sargsyan
Serzh Sargsyan, the third President of Armenia, cast his vote at polling station 29/45 located in the village of Dzoraghbyur. It is noteworthy that the special device had significant difficulty allowing the third president to participate in the voting process. The device recognized only one of his fingers—the left thumb. Prior to that, all the fingers of both hands were checked.
