Military Uniformed Mobile Groups Mechanism Implemented: Ashotyan
Vice President of the Youth Union Armen Ashotyan wrote on his Facebook page: “The most disgraceful situation is related to the voting of soldiers. In addition to the already known glaring facts, I want to reveal another one: at the polling station 35/38 in the village of Shikahogh, an attempt was made to 'vote' about 10 people in military uniforms using an additional list intended for soldiers, however, they did not have military service books, which is a mandatory condition for such voting. The commission did not allow these individuals to vote. It is obvious that a mechanism is being implemented for the operation of mobile groups dressed in military uniforms, which has nothing to do with the actual army. Thus, they are trying to ensure the possibility of voting in different polling stations by the same people under the guise of soldiers. I invite the attention of observers and media.”
