Investigative Actions Ordered by Police Following Video of Patients Being Taken to Gathering from 'Sevan' Center

Considering various speculations, I find it necessary to mention that the video depicting patients from the 'Sevan' Mental Health Center being allegedly taken to a gathering of the 'Civil Contract' party was recorded immediately after its publication on the internet. This was noted as part of the ongoing monitoring conducted by the RA Prosecutor's Office, which has prompted the Gegharkunik regional prosecutor's office to instruct the police to carry out investigative actions regarding the circumstances mentioned in the video.

This was reported by Gor Abrahamyan, the advisor to the RA Prosecutor General, on his Facebook page. Furthermore, following the relevant statement issued by the Human Rights Defender yesterday, the prosecutor's office has been tasked to prepare materials in accordance with Articles 180-181 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code and to investigate possible similar manifestations at the Vardenis neuro-psychological boarding house, including any connections to V. Gabrielyan, the director of the 'Academician Emil Gabrielyan’ Center for Drug and Medical Technology Expertise.
