As of 15:30, 123 out of 1519 cameras are non-operational, says Daniel Ioannisian

Daniel Ioannisian, coordinator of the IRM programs and member of the Public Council, wrote on his Facebook page: "The 'Independent Observer', together with international partners, is also monitoring through the cameras installed at polling stations. As of 15:30, 123 out of 1519 cameras were non-operational. However, it appears that the issue is being resolved, as the number of previously non-working cameras was significantly higher."
