stated the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, during a meeting with supporters of the "Honorary Right" alliance in the Shirak province today.

He noted that there is no animosity towards anyone, but someone must bear responsibility for over 5,000 casualties and the lost territories. "Or at least we should know why this happened," he added.
