Video: The State Must Have a Sperm Bank for Every Citizen Over 18, Karin Tonoyan

“The new authority that comes to power must keep the Armenian family in focus. One of our greatest mistakes over the past 30 years has been that we required soldiers and taxes from Armenian families, but we did not concern ourselves with anything else regarding those families or their future,” said Karin Tonoyan, the leader of the '5165' movement.

He emphasizes that families in Armenia should understand that the state has taken on most of their burdens. “This war showed us that we could have done something that, for some reason, we did not. For every person over 18 who goes to the army, the state must absolutely have their sperm bank. Think about it, those 5,000 children we lost—how important it would have been to secure their heritage. This is a very important issue that we must definitely address,” stated Tonoyan.

According to Karin Tonoyan, one of the greatest misfortunes of the country is that the people no longer have faith in any force because, for years, no force has been allowed to operate independently and not become a satellite of some superpower party.
