Parents of Missing and Captured Soldiers Travel to Moscow with Ara Abrahamyan

According to the newspaper "Fact," a group of parents of missing and captured soldiers recently traveled to Moscow with Ara Abrahamyan, the president of the Union of Armenians in Russia, and held meetings there. To verify this information, we reached out to Arsen Ghukasyan, the brother of a deceased soldier and the uncle of a missing soldier. He confirmed our information, noting that they had several meetings in Moscow, although he did not find it appropriate to disclose the specifics of whom they met with.

“Ara Abrahamyan promised us to organize meetings, which he did. During these meetings, we discussed issues related not only to our captured soldiers but also to various other matters. The goal is singular: we must find a way to bring home those captives whose identities are confirmed, and we need to accelerate the processes. They have promised to assist us in various ways regarding this issue. All the parents participated personally in the meetings,” Arsen Ghukasyan concluded, adding that Ara Abrahamyan covered all expenses for organizing the visit, including accommodation.
