He is Vladimir Putin's friend, why doesn't he put forward his candidacy in Nagorno-Karabakh: Aram Sargsyan

“My question is rhetorical and addressed to Robert Kocharyan: I believe he is a wealthy man, has opportunities, is a friend of Vladimir Putin, why doesn’t he put forward his candidacy in Nagorno-Karabakh and instead has come here to propose, considering that he believes the situation in Artsakh is the gravest,” said Aram Sargsyan, the leader of the Republic Party, during a pre-election debate, making use of his right to pose a question.

It is noteworthy that Robert Kocharyan, the leader of the Armenia bloc, was not present at the debate.
